I’ve indicated a dedication in my Project Set Up but it’s not appearing in the score.
Please advise. Thanks!
There’s no text frame for that token by default. In Engrave mode. Double-click the First Page template, and add a text frame. Double-click the new text frame, right-click and insert the dedication token. Much simpler, if you don’t need the lyricist ,use that field in the Project info dialog instead. Will appear at the top left. Or add the token below the Title text frame with a smaller size.

Thanks! Just wondering why there’s field in the Project Set Up for a dedication if it doesn’t appear in the score.
Maybe dedication is not that common and they didn’t want to clutter the template with text fields. You can do this once for the score template and once for the parts template, and save as a project template for future use. Or export the page template set. There’s no arranger either. Also, people have different opinions about where to place it, I bet.

Thanks!
In case anyone’s curious, ‘Subtitle’ has the same exact problem. And the same exact solution.
Of course, it gets a little cluttered if you need both!!!
There are supposed to be 60 or so Tokens you can choose to use in Dorico, according to AI (assuming AI is right, so there is that) But it seems to me that the answer is - there are lots more tokens than would fit on the default page template but we can use them to customize our own templates for our own purposes.
Not necessarily.
You are free to move and resize the text frames, add new ones, change the fonts and the font sizes, even resize the music frame and modify the page and frame margins to get more space.
