Default keyboard shortcut for staccato

Hi, In Dorico Elements on macOS, the default keyboard shortcut for staccato is ]. However, this does not work on my keyboard. To get ], I have to press the Option+9 combo. But when I press and hold down option the rhythmic grid shows and nothing happens when pressing 9, (after selecting a note of course).

I also see that I can remap the key command in preferences, but when I do so to the Option + 9 combo, there is a warning “Key sequence is also assigned to another command in the global context, but this command will override it in its own context.“ I am new to Dorico.

Input language is Swedish with Swedish keyboard.

I would recommend reassigning your staccato shortcut to something that is not in conflict with the other ones. Here is a link to how to deal with nordic keyboards in general (FB link in the post), maybe it helps: Nordic keyboard and shortcuts - #8 by LAE
