I would like to see the return of the default MIDI input and output. It was available until Cubase SX3, it allowed to select which MIDI ports will be selected by default when a new MIDI track is created, or when a Standard MIDI file is imported (when MIDI Tracks is selected in Preferences - Import Options for MIDI Files - Destination). I don’t understand why it was removed since Cubase 4
