Default Plug in, which is loaded automatically when creating new Track

I new on this forum, and this is my first post.

What I want to ask you is:

Is it possible to define plug ins (incl. der parameters) that are automatically loaded into the insert chain when creating a new track, group and so on?

I would like to have a gain plug in on insert slot 1 on every channel and for the moment, I have to load it by myself when creating a new track. That is very annoying :confused:
