Default Template/Master Page question

Hi,
While I think I understand the concept of Master Pages, I cannot find or edit within the Master Page itself the usual thing that Dorico inserts:
{@flowNumber@}.{@flowTitle@}

It seems to be within a text box, with a dotted border.

How do I find and edit this please?

That’s the flow header. It’s in the right hand panel, below the master page panel. Double-click to edit it.
