I’ve changed my default text in the preferences to perpetua. For some reason, acadmeico is still the font that Dorico is using by default. How can I change that?

There are two default text you’ll want to change. Engrave mode>Engrave menu >Font Styles and Paragraph styles have Default text. Hope it helps!
