Is there a way to chose from a flow a single bar or portion from that flow to show it again in a music frame on a different page?
No, I requested that a long time ago.
Use Graphic slices instead.

Graphic slices? Do you mean a screenshot in a Graphic Frame?
Graphic slices is a built in feature of Dorico.
You will find it in Engrave Mode.
Have a look at the panel to the left.

Ulf, sorry for jumping in on a different subject.
On Windows there is a key combination to create the apostrophe’ - I just don’t know which one it is. There is no need to use the accent ´
The key combination to get the apostrophe is:
alt0148
(hold the alt-key and press as a sequence 0148)
An alternative is to duplicate small excerpts as separate flows, and then select those flows to show in frames.

Or maybe, as a feature request, add an additional property to music frames that would determine at which bar/point of the music to start within a given frame?
