I am using the “Song actions …” to each time automatically start the next song in our setlist. Some of our songs are played stand alone. On shorter concerts, we sometimes chain these together in one medley.
I noticed that “Start next song” takes a half a second to switch to the next song. Is there a workaround to avoid this?
Try “File/Preload” (or “Preload Parts”), does that help?
Switching times between Parts and Songs are almost entirely down to plugins used, and their “preparation” time. The preload functions "prime " the entire project.
