Delete a string of notes in the score editor

I use the new score editor in Cubase 15 pro frequently and I find that when I highlight all of the tracks in the project and try to delete a string of notes in the score editor using my mouse for any track, it just can’t be highlighted. Any solution?

don’t quite understand what you mean, but it seems fo work for me. one of the few things that work in this score editor. I select any number of parts, open the score editor, and then I can select any number of notes with the mouse and delete them.

Can you please tell me what your screen resolution settings are and if you’re using one of those?

well, firstly I’m on a Mac.

screen resolution is at maximum i.e. 2560 x 1440.

but I doubt that has anything to do with your issue.

and I don’t understand what you mean by ‘one of those 11’?

in general though, making selections in the score editor can be pretty difficult and certainly not flawless….

I totally agree with you the first thing I have to do is remove all of the highlights off of the project screen and just highlight the track that I want to edit in the new score editor and that seems to work.

you should be able to select any number of parts, open the score editor and do the delete-thing I would think.
