Hi,
This issue is expected to be resolved in the next maintenance update.

That’s what we hope, Martin. It’s been a long time already, and this should be a priority. (And not wait three months (on top of the year that’s already passed) to resolve it.)
You are aware, that Martin is not a Steinberg employee, @Pablin_Drummer2 ?
CORRECTION (see below): he actually IS a Steinberg employee.
Are you aware that he actually is…?
Thanks for correcting me. Actually I did not know, but have read differently on this forum before. I stand corrected - my apologies
Hi,
The fix is scheduled to the next maintenance update.
that could put my confidence in Steinberg back, and I hope it is really corrected, not like the last time (a year ago) when it had also been corrected and it was not.
Not your fault. Usually Steinberg staff has the little Steinberg icon on their avatars. Martin doesn’t and there is no hint in his profile either, so how is anyone supposed to know?
Absolutely – I was just amused by the confident statement that he wasn’t an employee ![]()

Hi,
Thank you for all the *.ips files you shared. At this moment, there is no point in sending more.
Thank you
OK Martin. I understand. Thanks for your efforts.
I don’t mean to sidetrack this thread, but I find this to be quite interesting. It has always been understood, for years, that @Martin.Jirsak is “associated” with Steinberg in some sort of way but not an actual Steinberg employee. So, I can see how someone could believe that to still be true. Carry on …
.
To me, @Martin.Jirsak is the nice guy who’s the only one here with direct access to Steinberg (“reported to Steinberg, thank you”). The equivalent of a pope in communication terms with the difference that the realm above is called Steinberg HQ ![]()
@Martin.Jirsak Just to be on the safe side - I was joking earlier before. Hope you don’t mind ![]()
Is this going to take too long? I’m losing files.

I recommend to NOT use the command “delete all unused files” until the issue is solved, @Pablin_Drummer2
Yes, I’ll have to remember that next time…
