I need to delete word extensions on a project that will be in a worship bulletin. As a former Finale user, I did this in the Lyrics tool by editing/removing word extensions. I have read multiple posts on the forum regarding this issue but nothing works. Does anyone have a suggestion? The music need to look as it does in a hymnal which uses hyphens for multi-syllabic words but no word extension lines.
There is an Engraving Option to show, or not, Lyric Extensions.
