The piece works fine and all the instruments sound clear and good. Compositionally, i think it might benefit from having another section somewhere in the middle (like a half-tempo-feel or or a modulation to a Major key. Or place this at the end (like a Coda). Steely Dan use this type of Form to a large extent. So just a new section that you only hear once. It helps break repetative cycles as well as keeping the listener on his toes !!!
