Deleting the (1) bar number

Hello everyone,

I am attempting to make an exercise with no time signature, just one long exercise. For that reason, meaner numbers are irrelevant, but despite me turning off view-bar numbers-gallery view+page view, there is still a (1) looming above every system. Does anyone know how to remove these?

Did you turn off bar numbers for that layout in Layout Options–Bar Numbers?
