I’d like to delete only the top tie of a harmonic (on the diamond notehead). Possible?

No, it’s not possible: the harmonic notehead will have all of the same properties as the regular noteheads on the stem. You can of course fake this up by creating the harmonic notehead manually there and not using the harmonics properties to show the harmonic.
