Deleting VSTi's

Okay, I give up. How do you delete a Virtual Instrument?!!?

There’s plenty in the manual (starting at P. 283) about adding, automating, performing, programming , etc. the instrument. But I can’t find anything about how to delete one. I figured, at the very least, I could just delete the VSTi from the Project Window, like any other track. But as you can see from this image, the only option offered is to hide the track.

Right now, it looks like my only options are to revert or close a project and start again, which is insane. So, HOW do you delete a virtual instrument from a project?

Those are output channels created by the VSTi. Remove it from the studio rack or remove the instrument track.
