“Dark Planet”, “Hypnotic Dance”, “Triebwerk”, and “Zero Gravity” are marked as “# deletion candidates”
Q) What does this mean for customers purchasing ABS(3) (in Grace period) and also new ABS(4) customers ?
Q) Will there be replacement product/content ?

The answer might disappoint you but we simply forgot to remove that folder. ftp.steinberg.net is a different (old) server we hardly ever use these days. All the content has been moved to Akamai years ago and this includes the “deletion candidates” you found. So please rest assured that all is still there and alive.
BTW, all the products in question have their own download pages with the new download locations:
