delleting midi notes in editor also deletes time?

Hi All,

A strange thing has just happened in the midi editor. If for example I have a 1 bar/16 note hihat line and I let’s say delete the 2nd note, rather that leave a space, the other notes shift back in time. I have obviously set something to do this by accident. Could someone offer some advice?

It’s ok, I had ‘shuffle’ on in the editor.
