The ability to listen to the delta signal of a plugin to clearly hear what it is ading would be really handy to have.
I believe that Reaper has had this feature for a while. Some plugins have this feature built in, and Wavelab also has it. It would be nice to see it added to Cubase.
I found a workaround using a cue mix to do it, by using a free plugin called TheUtility.
Still having issues to get it 100% right because it needs to be gain matched correctly when compensating with plugins. I need to spend more time perfecting it until Steinberg integrates it in the workflow. I am sharing this as a starting point for a solution. the beauty of it is that at the end we will be able to listen to a global Delta / Solo Delta, if we were able to perfect it. Hope this will help.
Setup is simple, Create a cue mix (Delta) with output to '“No bus”, Insert the utility follow the setup as shown in picture.

and it would be nice to delta all vsts in the insert area with one button.
