Normally in most setups like the piano roll in play mode, I would be able to use CTRL+Click to select various notes even if not adjacent, as well as deselect them. I can select them fine, but I find that holding CTRL and clicking a note of my selection doesn’t allow me to deselect a note. Is this by design? Is there another way to deselect specific notes in play mode?
At the moment, Colin, no, there’s no way to deselect just one note that’s selected in the piano roll editor; you can start a whole new selection, but Ctrl+click won’t remove a selected note from the selection.
