Designated Effects Bus in Cubasis 3

Hello,
Is it possible to create a designated Effects bus with the internal Effects (insert or send) in Cubasis 3?

Thank you for responding.
When I use outboard effects, I create a separate effects channel in Cubasis 3 and send these effects channels to a designated effect bus. The individual busses are summed out of the box.

I would like to be able to do the same thing with the internal effects in Cubasis 3.
I’d like to send just the effects (send or inserted) to a separate track → to a dedicated effects bus for summing.
I’d be happy with just being able to send the resulting internal effects to its own bus.

Can this be done in Cubasis 3?
