I just installed an update to my Waves Mercury bundle v9r23. after this install when I launch Cubase Pro 8 on my Windows 7 desktop there is no “desktop cover” (in preferences under appearance>general)
Doesn’t seem to be an issue. but I thought I’d mention it.
