Well, you can certainly change the 440 reference pitch in Dorico settings. Playback Options–Tuning. But it’s global, not per-flow.

Just to point out a bit of a minor discrepancy:

Because the dialogue here limits the reference frequency to one decimal place, this means that the resolution on pitch here is much less than that achieved via the custom tonality systems.
