Did a wrong purchase

I purchased Cubase Elements 13 as an upgrade from Cubase LE 12. But I just noticed that I’m using Cubase LE 11 with e-license. Though the upgrade cost from LE11 to 13 and LE12 to 13 is same, the system is not letting me install. It says - “You entered a Download Access Code for a product upgrade but you do not own a license to which this upgrade can be applied. Please contact your local support team”. I’m from India, and Yamaha said they can’t support as it’s an online purchase. I request someone to please do the needful. Thanks.

Thanks a lot Grim. I’ve dropped them a mail explaining my issue. Hope it’ll get sorted out as this Money is extremely huge for my earnings.

All you should need to do is hit the refund button on that link and fill in the requested details??
