Did Cubase 8 got a pencil tool (like pro tools) for redrawing sound waves?

try this
in the audio editor or sample editor … cant remember which zoom in almoast al the way in right click and select the pencil tool or just pre select it and then edit your wave form from there
i last used that in cubase 5 ans even sx ( i think )
