Did I lose my Groove Agent ONE kits when I upgraded?

I originally bought Cubase 7, then I upgraded to 7.5, then I upgraded to 8.5 and bought Groove Agent 4.

Somewhere along the line (7 or 7.5) I made a project with a Groove Agent ONE track, and it has a kit called Banger CD. When I open the project, it can’t find Groove Agent ONE.

I’ve replaced it with GA4, but I can’t find the Banger CD kit. Did I lose all those kits I had in the older versions?

To open these older projects, you’ll have to install Groove Agent ONE: https://www.steinberg.net/nc/en/support/knowledgebase_new/show_details/kb_show/installation-of-groove-agent-one-on-cubase-artist-8-or-later.html

This is just the plugin, since all Groove Agent ONE content is included in Groove Agent SE 4 (not the full version of GA4, you have to keep the GASE4 content installed to access them in GA4).

If you’re missing the content, you’ll have to run the full Cubase installer again.
