Not according to the information I have. But here, with my Mac studio M2 ultra, it holds up. At least since I activated the option (in Nuendo) to disable VST3 without audio signal. Huge difference!
Yes if you’re using an external renderer then you can switch your DAW to a “mix” buffer-size. I’m at 1024 or 2048, feeding our Dolby RMU.
