Difference between UR series and Yamaha MG06X mixer

Hi all,
Would some one please explain the differences between the Yamaha MGX and MGXU mixers with the Steinberg UR series audio interfaces.

The MGXU series:
-onboard USB audio interface
-the same D-pre amps in UR series. I
-SPX effects
-no midi

A quick google search shows the MGXU’s USB support is 2in/2out regardless of the mixer’s channel configuration. So this wouldn’t be comparable to the UR interfaces that would support higher channel counts.
