No, this is not possible. In Cubase you can use one ASIO driver only.
You can do it by using 3rd party ASIO4ALL. This virtual ASIO driver can merge multiple Audio Devices. In Cubase you select ASIO4ALL as the driver. But you can loose some specific features of the dedicated ASIO driver. Like Mixer, FXs, etc.
