Hello, I was wondering how to get bracket and barline grouping as in the picture of “Small ensemble” inside Engraving Options > Brackets and Braces. The picture has some staves with separate barlines, but Wind Quintet template does not (all are joined together). I’m thinking about changing the isolated instruments to vocal staves and renaming them. Thanks for your help.
I’m afraid that picture should be corrected! At the moment, with the exception of vocal instruments, which never join their barlines to other instruments to either side, barline joins always follow the bracketing.
