Is this possible yet on Dorico?
No, this is not currently possible. If you only have 2 or three verses, it would be possible to do one verse in “verse 1”, a second in the translation line and yet a third in the chorus line. The numbering wouldn’t be quite right but at least you could pick different font styles.
