Good afternoon,
I would like to know how can I display the bassons as the celli do when I apply condensing. I know that is only one note but I find more consistent to display the bassons as Up-stem and Down-stem voices.

Add a condensing change. There you can specify that that Bassoon 2 should use a downstem voice.

Or take a look in Notation Options > Condensing for per-flow default approaches to voice handling etc.
