Difficulties getting support with Cubase being completely unusable at times and crashing

Im having horrible issues with cubase 11 and 12 recently and sometimes it cant even be used.
My local Cubase support told me to email the main office and I haven’t heard back from them after weeks of emailing them.
Cubase is crashing at random point with no showing signs or information. Ive sent the crash files to stienberg but still nothing.
Before anyone asks, Ive reinstalled, Ive deleted program preferences, Ive updated plugins. Ive bought more ram.
What I want now is a way to analyse the dumps, find someone who can analyse the drums or find a way that support can contact me sooner.

Hi,

This crash comes from Opus (i.e. EastWest plug-in), so I would recommend to install the latest update of all plug-ins, or get in touch with the plug-in vendor.

This crash is in the wdmaud!CMIDIOutDevice::WriteEvent+0x9c. Therefore I would recommend to reinstall all MIDI devices drivers. Make sure, you install then as administrator, please.
