Direct monitoring and latency

How can i get direct monitoring on in studio setup?
Is it there anyway to get zero latency…?
Hardware is HDX and Mac
Cubase older version has device setup where i can setup direct monitoring on and no latency!

Direct Monitoring is a hardware related feature. The ASIO driver has to support it.
