I’ve used direct monitoring within Cubase 5 on a 32 bit system, with an EMU 0404 for years with no problems. I just upgraded to a Windows 7 64 bit system, updated my 0404 drivers and Patchwork app to the latest 64 bit release. I can still use direct monitoring in the 32 bit version of Cubase 6, but in 64 bit C6 the option is grayed out. Am I missing a setting, or is there a workaround? The EMU drivers are supposed to support it, but for me it just doesn’t work in 64 bit Cubase 6.
