Direct Monitoring Mix Control Question

How do I mix the direct monitoring signal with the recorded stereo outputs? I have a Steinberg UR-RT2 and there is no mix know on the front of the interface. The only way I can hear audio is by selecting the monitor button on the audio track (no good - I want to hear direct monitoring) or routing it through the control room.

I assume there is a simple control where I can mix the direct feed with the Cubase playback somewhere and I’m just missing it…it was so easy to do with my last interface due to the mix knob on the front panel.

Answer: I was missing the direct monitoring check box on the studio setup page.

If it is checked and the monitor icon is selected you are monitoring direct signal from the interface and the audio channel slider controls the direct monitoring volume level.

If it is unchecked and the monitor icon is selected you are monitoring the signal chain through the DAW.
