direct offline processing problem

Hi all,
I’m having problems with direct offline processing.
I select a range on a track ( two tracks actually…) and apply pitch shift. So far all good.
But when I then select a new range and apply pitch shift it’s the first range that gets processed again. The audition button also plays the first range.
What am I doing wrong ?

Deselect the first range?

Convert to real copy first to unlink?
