Direct support!

im very disappointed of Steinberg support, im from Kuwait, there is no local support!

first company i’ve faced that separate its direct support like that.

suffering from Nuendo 12 sudden crush and im working on a short film that will be submitted to a festival.

Did you contact Yamaha - Africa / Asia / CIS / Latin America / Middle East / Oceania?

Or can you post your crash dump and info listing your OS? Forum users are quite helpful in many cases.

Thank you Steve, i will not waste my time with poor knowledge shop that ive experienced a cable mistake and lack of info.

im always try to figure it out by the forum, but every minute does count for me we have a festival submission deadline!

most of the great companies are very supportive imagine if i have a logic issue, he will be with me on phone and viewing my monitor remotely!! AND “it doesn’t matter where am i from”
