Its only a simple thing but I found them extremely useful on previous versions. The small direction arrows at the bottom of the Editor/Piano Roll window make it easy to move left or right, especially when working at magification. Also an easy way of accessing the Chord Pad/Editor/Mixer/Sampler window.
I suggest using middle mouse button dragging for small movements instead. Having to move your mouse to opposite corners of the window to press buttons is about the least ergonomic/well designed thing.
