Disable Cubase-Wavelab Exchange feature

Hi

Is it possible to disable Cubase-Wavelab Exchange feature?

I’m asking since when Cubase starts while Wavelab is opened,
it takes a long seconds delay for this feature to start.

(Cubase 9, Wavelab 9)
