Don´t know why Snap and snap.types and also Quantize dissapear
in the Main window,? 
but it works in kower zone

Right-click on the Toolbar and enable the Snap option from the Set up Toolbar list.
Snap was already on but did´nt work
But when I cklicked to reset all,
everything working ok now
