Disappearing accidentals panel content

I got the D 6 update yesterday – Just reading the improvements in the Version History is overwhelmingly exciting! :smiley: Congratulations and great admiration. A joy every day to use.

I have been silent on here since November, but in the interest of meliora, I want to mention a small bug that persists in 6.0.0.6026:

  • With the key sig panel open, change the setting Preferences > Note Input and Editing > Play notes during note input and selection
  • Choose a different tonality system from the panel → crash

I found this by experimenting after noticing a subtler problem that I suspect is due to the same thing: With a custom tonality system active, changing the above setting makes all the accidentals in the panel disappear. The solution is to Save, Close, and reopen the project.

It’s good to see you back on the forum, Mark, and I’m glad it was Dorico 6 that has been able to coax you out of hiding. Thanks for reporting this problem, which I can reproduce, and we’ll take a look at fixing it.
