Disappointing Online Shopping Performance

Please advise why an order placed and paid for CB 11 Pro in full is still waiting 6 days now for order confirmation details and the elicencer to download the software. A support ticket has been raised (446373) has been raised without response, very disappointing steinberg, come on, you can do better to look after new customers.

Be sure you wrote to Asknet, not Steinberg about that.

Thank you for your reply. Did that first thing. Nothing there. Previously an email confirming the order details and activity code is received the same day as placing the order, not so far this time, very frustrating.
