Hello…hope someone can help me with this! I’m using Cubase Artist 9 and recently started having an issue during playback of audio. The audio drops out…everything freezes up and the “Disc Cache Load” meter peaks out. It usually lasts only a few seconds but is very frustrating when trying to edit! I’m running windows 10 and have had an issue with updates for that. I have McAfee LiveSafe and Malwarebytes. I tried disabling them and still had the same problem. Checked the files for CPU usage and no problems there. I’m wondering if it has anything to do with windows 10 and the update problem. If anyone else has had this issue and found a solution I would appreciate some guidance. Thanks!
