Impossible to load Kontakt and his librairies since I upgrade cubase from artist 11 to pro. it does not appear in black list.

The problem is how to load Kontakt which diseaper when I upgraded from 11 artist to pro. I did the recommended procedure by Native. Nothing happened even in black list.

Do you have the Native Instrument plugin locations included in Cubase (Within the Plug-in manager)?
I’m not sure if the settings from Artist carries across to Pro. So probably worth checking as NI plugins install into a custom folder and usually require the location manually entering.
All other plugins have correctly followed the installation like Halion Spitfire
