When I zoom in the clip display disappears, but the audio is still there and still plays.
I never got this specific bug where the whole event disappears, but have you tried closing the project, deleting the “Images” folder and opening the project again?
This usually helps with all kinds of waveform errors.
Thanks! I should have thought of that, doh. I ended up doing it the hard way and re-importing the track and it was fine. I then moved the audion from the new track to erratic old one and all good.
The original audio was from a pt session I had converted using software called Interchanger.
This looks like a very promising bit of software. It still has a few issues but the programmer is super responsive and I’m really hoping they will have it working flawlessly soon.
It’s Mac only though so I’m glad I kept that old M1 handy.

There were some level issues where clips at 0vu on tools came into Nuendo at a different level but the developers has fixed and will release update soon.
The other problem is with multichannel files not translating well. Eg, A file that appears mono in Protools may appear as an 8 channel polyphonic file in Nuendo, it an LCR may turn up in N15 as a stereo. I have lodged the report and the developer is working on it.
Other that these issues, it’s pretty amazing!
If they get this all working, which I believe they will, this program is a total game changer!
