Display Errors in Cubase 10.5.20 Pro

There’re several display errors sometimes occurs in Cubase 10.5.20 Pro on my computer.
1.Track control buttons (such as Mute, Solo, Write and so on) will be black.
2.Text in VSTis (Groove Agent SE, Padshop 2) sometimes become short vertical lines. Only when I put my cursor on it, the text will display properly.

My computer is a laptop
CPU: Intel Core i3
GPU: Intel Graphics HD 3000 (NVIDIA was broken)

Hi,

These black buttons indicates you are not using compatible graphic card or driver.

Please make sure you are using Windows 10.

As Nvidia user, please try this:

  • Uninstall the NVIDIA driver.
  • Download the latest Studio driver version from here.
  • Start the installation (as administrator).
  • Don’t install the whole package, use the Custom (Advanced) settings.
  • Disable everything (don’t install NVIDIA Experience, PhysX, etc.), keep just the video driver enabled.
