under F4 your output and controlroom both activated?

Sorry for the long break. Bassbase, Cubase Essential 5 doesn’t have a control room. The outputs are correctly assigned in VST Connections, though. Any thoughts anyone?

Have you figured out the cause yet?? I have the same problem, it seems my phone has a better headphone amp…
Unfortunately no. I contacted support who offered to service the unit, but I declined cause I don’t want to pay to ship it to California.
