Would be nice to have the possibility to disable autoscroll when upper track list (if that’s how it’s called) is less then a certain amount (then we just yous the mouse scroll wich is more accurate.
why :
When I use divide track list, I put on the upper part video, tempo, markers, group stems etc… and I make that space as small as possible just to see 3 or 4 tracks max.
Problem is when I want to move a marker or any event in that upper part, every movement of mouse going 1pixel down triggers the autoscroll… and it’s a nightmare.

Agreed!!
I use the upper part in the exact same way, and that blasted autoscroll is a pain. 
Would be great to be able to “lock” the upper part in some way.
That‘s why I stoped using it. Global tracks in the project window would solve that problem for me.

Divide track list is absolutely needed compare to Global tracks. ooh or you mean ADD Global track not replace divide track list is that right ?
this I can see.
I would like something like this, so that the Tempo Track, for example is never affected by the Autoscroll function.
It would make the program, that much easier to use, without worrying whether Autoscroll is on or not, or suspended.
