When using Dividing the Track List the upper part has an unnecessary space for one more track of regular height underneath (when the vertical scroll bar is not displayed). This is waste of horizontal space.
User can shrink it, but then vertical scroll bar is displayed.
The problem is the scroll bar gets scrolled up accidentally sometimes.
Solution: Make gap underneath smaller (vertically).
Personally I would prefer to see a mode/setting that disabled scrolling of the upper zone completely.
I prefer to keep my Ruler Tracks at the top of the upper zone as well as Marker Tracks. (Below are a bunch of utility tracks as well as I/O tracks I prefer to keep hidden there.) Moving a marker is a pita when this zone keeps scrolling around.
