Do we know if it can be activated more than once like nuendo 12?
I’ve just been able to activate “Video Decoder for DNxHD (R)” on my secondary machine when it is activated on my primary machine, so it looks like it follows the same “one licence allows you to activate three machines” rule as other Steinberg Licensing products.
The only wrinkle to be aware of is if you upgrade an old eLicenser version of the DNxHD decoder to the Steinberg Licensing-based DNxHD Decoder 3 then the old eLicenser licence is disabled. This approach was apparently mandated by Avid and is different to other migrated or upgraded applications, where the eLicenser licence remains for legacy versions.
